Nepal is a
developing country.it is also rich in musical instruments.one of the most
important musical instrument inside nepali culture is panche baja.it consist of
or it is the combination of 6 musical
instruments.the panche baja includes jhyali,tyamko,damaha,narsiha,shehnai and
karnal.in English words they are known as cybals,small kettledrum,long shaped
trumpet,a folk oboe and a wide-mouthed and straight trumpet respectively.

Nepali musical instruments are played during holy ceremonies like marriage and brathamanda
(it is a ceremony done for male by balding their head and performing puja). These
instruments are previously played by untouchable caste in Hindu culture known
as Dalits which includes Damai and Gaine.
